Youth Empowerment

  1. Our approach that effectively engages young people in work that challenges them to develop skills, gain critical awareness, and participate in opportunities, developing self reliance that are necessary for creating community change.
  2. Launch the programmes and initiatives which focus on developing the potential of the youth.
  3. Developing youth to choose the right career options and empowering them with life skills and positive community involvement.
  4. Work with other businesses and organizations which connect young people to greater education, employment, and entrepreneurship opportunities.
  5. With Fund raising programmes, the Youth Empowerment Fund enhances the planning, implementing and evaluating skills, and the youth often use this fund for betterment of their communities.
  6. Youth committed to creating a society where empowered youth leaders work alongside adults to create just, equitable and thriving communities.
  7. The drugs and alcohol leads to lot of problems . Alcoholism can be both a habitual (psychological) and a chemical (physical) addiction.
    • Continuous use of drugs lead to serious deterioration of health and the nervous system.
    • The person starts avoiding people and communication. They eventually go into depression and increase the intake of drugs which makes them even worse.
    • The person starts showing signs of depression and they start becoming anti-social and cranky.
    • In addition to everything else, this affects the performance of the person at work or studies.They start preferring isolation and keep to themselves even in public places.
    • Families that have a member addicted to drugs are being torn apart because of the ripple effects of drugs.
    • We believe that a growth-oriented nation like India needs youth who are free from drugs. Youth of our country can taken up the responsibility of developing drug free India which leads to Healthy growth of our country

According to the survey, By 2020, India's population is expected to become the world's youngest; more than 500 million Indian citizens will be under 25 years of age and more than two thirds of the population will be eligible to work. This means that a growing number of India's youth need the right educational infrastructure to develop skills and adequate opportunities to get employed or become entrepreneurs.
